3. Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. User Responsibilities

By using LeadsAfrica, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful information
  • Complete tasks genuinely (no bots or fake accounts)
  • Not engage in fraudulent or abusive activities
  • Respect other users and businesses on the platform
  • Anti-Fraud Policy: Fake engagement will result in no payment. Suspicious accounts or activities involving bots will lead to accounts being banned without payout.

5. Business Responsibilities

Businesses agree to:

  • Create legitimate and lawful campaigns
  • Not promote misleading, illegal, or harmful content
  • Provide accurate campaign details
  • Fund campaigns adequately before launch

6. Payments & Earnings

For Users:

  • Users earn rewards by completing tasks successfully
  • Earnings are credited after task verification
  • Minimum withdrawal limits may apply
  • Earnings Disclaimer: Earnings are not guaranteed income. They depend on task availability and user performance.

For Businesses:

  • Campaigns must be funded before tasks are completed
  • Payments made for campaigns are non-refundable once tasks begin

7. Withdrawals

  • Users can withdraw earnings once they meet the minimum threshold
  • Withdrawal Control: Processing times range from 24 to 72 hours. Delays may occur due to verification requirements or volume.
  • LeadsAfrica reserves the right to review accounts before processing withdrawals to ensure compliance.

8. Affiliate Program

  • Users may earn commissions by referring others to LeadsAfrica
  • Commissions are based on referral activity and successful sign-ups
  • Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral system may result in account suspension

9. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Use bots, automation, or fake accounts
  • Attempt to cheat the system
  • Post or promote illegal content
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Create multiple accounts for unfair advantage

10. Account Suspension & Termination

LeadsAfrica reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Remove earnings obtained through dishonest or automated means
  • Restrict access without prior notice if these terms are violated

11. Limitation of Liability

LeadsAfrica is not responsible for:

  • Loss of earnings due to user misconduct
  • Business results or campaign performance
  • Third-party platform issues (e.g., social media restrictions or API changes)

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on LeadsAfrica belong to the platform and may not be copied or used without prior permission.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
